Who are we?

David – CEO

He’s the true OG of the Backify team. David is our Chief Executive Officer with over five years of experience in the affiliate, coupons & rebates industry. With his expertise in the SEO & SEM field, coupled with strong connections to affiliate networks and major brands, he is the perfect leader to accomplish Backify’s lofty goals.

Claim to fame: Provides a real-life seagull ambiance to conference calls.

Oliver – COO

Our Chief Operating Officer is Oliver, who will be leading biz-dev & product management at Backify. He has a wealth of experience in the fintech industry as CoinMetro’s Product & Communications Manager and an advisor to multiple crypto hedge funds. Oliver is omnipresent and will be the engine that drives the company. His focus will be on strategic partners and ensuring all benchmarks are met.

Claim to fame: Is blind inside his own mind… no, seriously!

Kevin – Co-Founder

As the Owner & CEO of Coinmetro, Kevin is an encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to building a company from the ground up. His business acumen and connections in the financial industry will help lay the groundwork for Backify to succeed from a very early stage. Learn more about Kevin.

Daniel – Co-Founder

A serial entrepreneur with several successful exits, Daniel works as an angel investor today. He’ll be Backify’s main advisor with 25 years of experience in retail and the eCommerce sector. Daniel has a large network within our industry which will help Backify connect directly to major brands around the world.

Claim to fame: Everything he touches turns into gold.

Salvatore – Back-End Developer

Backify’s dev extraordinaire! Sal is truly one of the most talented – and quickest – backend developers on the planet. His level of skill ensures the entire Backify platform is always incredibly reliable, smooth, and efficient.

Claim to fame: Rumored to have created the Matrix.

Cody – Marketing

Over in the United States, Cody leads the marketing team with a decade of digital marketing & content creation experience. He’s very active & social, always playing sports, going on adventures with his dog Dany, or attending concerts & events. But time to lounge and watch tv or movies is important as well. Cody’s also our resident sports expert as a soccer Podcast Host & Blog Editor. (Yes, he calls it soccer.)

Claim to fame: Would beat everyone at Backify in a foot race.

Sherri – Partnerships Executive

She has the gift of interaction, a true social butterfly. When people walk into a room where she is they are drawn to her light-hearted yet intelligent conversation. Recently moving from the UK to Estonia, she isn’t someone to turn down a challenge. Out of her comfort zone is where she is comfortable. Her vast experience in administrative and people centric roles has prepared her for this role at Backify.

Claim to fame: Once made Oscar the Grouch smile.

Why did we start Backify?

A perfect storm of skills, connections, & friendships brought together a perfect team for the cashback industry.

David was fed up with all the boring, unreliable cashback solutions, so he wanted to do it better! Around the time he began to start his own cashback company, he met Oliver & Kevin at CoinMetro.

Together they saw an opportunity to not only make a superior cashback platform but to implement cryptocurrency and revolutionize the industry as a whole. The long-term vision of Backify was born!

We’re here to usher the cashback industry into the digital age. We are determined to provide online shoppers everywhere the most fun, fast, & easy platform on the planet.
