Happy 2022 everyone! With the new year comes the obligatory New Year’s Resolution, eeeeek!! There is no better way to start your year than with a positive attitude and the determination to change something in your life for the better. 2.) Workout more

A New Year’s Resolution to target those unwanted Christmas pounds. This one fits side by side with the last. Obviously, you will see the biggest results by combining them but doing this can be a real shock to the system.
